Create a channel in your server by clicking the "+" icon from the top-right corner of a category.
If you cannot find this, right-click the channel draw and then select "Create Channel"
In the following menu (The above), make sure that the channel you are creating is named "#bump", is a Text Channel and is also not a Private Channel.
Once you have verified these settings, click "Create Channel"
